| I can't say the same for Bruce Springsteen, or most others, but Gershwin's Rhapsody in Blue - I could listen to that every day until I die, especially the Gershwin Plays Gershwin recording.
One morning, one of the guys I was working with went off to do something - office work I think it was, and I went about my business. I would file ticket orders, or do whatever they needed done. The work was boring, but the environment was very cool. Checking out the dancers was great - what amazing bodies, and so flexible.
I never seriously thought of making a pass at a dancer. I would walk down Clarendon Street to the Ballet Company, and do the mundane stuff they needed done. Mostly it was filing ticket orders for the big shows. The Nutcracker was coming for the holidays, and the entire company was working very hard to get the show ready. I was fit, thin, flexible, and in good shape, good looking enough so finding a lover wasn't too much trouble, when I was between relationships. I was having fun and enjoying my young life.
